Together with our 27,000+ students and their families, we form an even larger family built on strong values, lived daily across each of our schools – **LOVE, GRIT, FOCUS**, and **MERIT**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Incident Management:** Identify and report inappropriate behavior to the Pedagogical Coordination, always maintaining an educational, mediating approach; * **Flow and Access Control:** Monitor student entry and exit, ensuring only authorized individuals access school premises and that schedules are strictly followed; * **Discipline and Regulation Oversight:** Enforce proper wearing of school uniforms and compliance with coexistence rules (conduct in classrooms, hallways, and courtyards); * **Break Supervision:** Supervise students during recess and class transitions, proactively preventing conflicts or accidents; * **Operational Support:** Assist the Coordination and School Leadership in distributing notices, organizing lines, and managing logistics for school events; * **Safety and Property Protection:** Maintain school property (desks, bulletin boards, restrooms), promptly reporting any damage or maintenance needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance. * Prior experience in this role is desirable; * Schedule: Monday to Saturday \- 44 hours per week.
