Continuous improvement of internal processes X\-Distribuidora, a national reference in wholesale distribution of smartwatches and tech accessories, is recruiting a **Branch Manager for its São Paulo branch**, the unit responsible for all company logistics operations. We seek a committed, organized professional with strong leadership skills to ensure operational excellence and a harmonious work environment. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage, supervise, and develop a team of **12 employees** across warehouse, order picking, packaging, and shipping departments. * Coordinate all operational routines at the distribution center, ensuring **agility, organization, and quality** at every stage. * Conduct and monitor **inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and stock verifications**, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies. * Develop and track operational performance indicators (KPIs). * Plan and organize work schedules, daily tasks, and demand prioritization. * Ensure adherence to X\-Distribuidora’s shipping deadlines and quality standards. * Implement continuous improvements in internal processes. * Foster a positive, motivating, and productive work environment among employees. * Collaborate closely with headquarters on goals, reporting, operational adjustments, and strategic planning. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Logistics, Warehouse, or Distribution Center Manager, Coordinator, or Supervisor**. * Experience managing teams and leading at least **8–10 people**. * Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliations, stock verification, and logistics processes. * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). * Availability for on-site work in São Paulo. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in e\-commerce, marketplaces, or high-volume order environments. * Familiarity with operational metrics and continuous improvement methodologies. * Hands\-on, resilient, results-oriented profile. **We Offer** * A professional, organized work environment with growth opportunities. * Training and integration with headquarters. * Market-competitive remuneration \+ benefits.
