Job Summary: A Shipping Assistant responsible for order picking, verification, packaging, inventory control, as well as organizing and monitoring shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for organizing and controlling inventory and shipping 2. Assisting in contacting carriers for pickups and deliveries 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace The company is seeking a Shipping Assistant in Campinas. **Responsibilities:** Pick goods according to orders and invoices. Verify products before shipment. Package orders appropriately for shipping. Assist in inventory control and periodic stocktaking. Monitor product inflow and outflow. Issue and verify documents related to material inflow and outflow. Ensure accurate product identification in inventory. Guarantee appropriate storage of items in inventory. Maintain organized product placement in storage areas. Monitor shipment deadlines. Assist in contacting carriers for pickup and delivery. Keep the workplace clean and organized. Previous experience as Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, Shipping Coordinator, or Inventory Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
