Job Summary: The Kolplast Group seeks a professional to perform material separation, verification, and shipment of medical-hospital supplies, ensuring organization and adherence to deadlines. Focus on efficiency and compliance with quality standards We are the Kolplast Group, a market-leading company in the medical-hospital supplies segment, located in Itupeva. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Separate, verify, identify, and release materials and products; Organize daily shipments, ensuring item integrity during transportation; guarantee all items are properly packaged and prepared for shipment; Manage freight carrier flow, guiding them on items to be collected and performing cargo loading; Complete and organize all documentation required for goods dispatch, such as invoices, delivery receipts, transport forms, and conformity certificates; Perform inventory verification and control of shipped materials, recording outgoing items and maintaining record accuracy; Ensure deadlines are met and deliveries executed correctly, documenting any issues and taking appropriate actions; Achieve company-established targets; Attend productivity meetings when requested; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness; Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and workplace safety guidelines per internal and regulatory standards; Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty within the scope of responsibility, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications:** High school diploma required; Relevant work experience; Basic experience operating pallet jacks; Residence in Itupeva or easy access to the city. **Desirable:** Technical course in Logistics, Production Processes, or related fields; Experience operating pallet jacks; NR11 certification.
