Ensure standardization, efficiency, and control in operations The UNI\-X Group — comprising the brands Flex Atacarejo, ASP, and Enxuto Supermercados — is looking for a Process Coordinator to strategically drive the restructuring of operational and loss prevention processes that have the greatest financial, operational, and risk impact, ensuring standardization, efficiency, control, and continuous improvement across distribution centers (DCs) and stores. Here, processes exist to care for people, serve customers well, foster cross-functional collaboration, and innovate in simple, practical, and sustainable ways. **Key Responsibilities** * Map, analyze, and prioritize critical processes impacting losses, inventory, stockouts, and operational efficiency. * Lead process improvement and restructuring projects from diagnosis through implementation and performance monitoring. * Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics/DC, Loss Prevention, Procurement, Registration, IT, and Quality teams. * Develop and maintain SOPs, flowcharts, RACI matrices, and control routines. * Implement preventive controls and reduce reliance on corrective actions. * Establish and monitor process and loss KPIs to drive continuous improvement. * Identify bottlenecks, systemic failures, and process deviations, addressing root causes. * Support audits, inventories, non-conformance analyses, and operational training. **Benefits:** On-site meal allowance, parking, medical and dental insurance. **Important:** 100% in-person work model during business hours, with availability for travel between group stores.
