Ensure production plans are executed efficiently, technically sound, and strategically aligned. Lead the PPCP team by defining priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring operational synergy across all involved departments. Conduct analyses, studies, process improvements, and indicator management to strengthen industrial performance and customer service. * Coordinate production planning and programming processes, ensuring alignment with sales plans and production capacities. * Monitor production indicators, identify deviations, guide corrective actions, and define strategic initiatives to sustain results. * Evaluate productive unit performance, monitor closings, and ensure consistency among product mix, production pace, and established targets. * Validate and review production plans submitted to executive management, department heads, coordinators, and supervisors, ensuring aligned decision-making. * Control inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and secondary materials, ensuring stock levels support commercial planning. * Conduct studies and analyses of production capacity, cycle times, setup times, and bottlenecks to guide process adjustments. * Define production priorities jointly with Commercial, Industrial, Logistics, and Quality departments. * Monitor and validate requests for changes in product mix, ensuring operational feasibility. * Lead the PPCP team, guide routine activities, assign responsibilities, and ensure technical development of professionals. * Participate in strategic meetings representing PPCP and coordinating requirements with all involved departments. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in methods, processes, and indicators related to production planning and execution. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote proper use of PPEs, and support sustainable practices and waste reduction. * Uphold the code of ethics and ensure its principles guide decisions and daily operations within the area. * Promote sustainability-aligned practices, encouraging appropriate resource utilization and waste reduction. **\*\*Requirements:\*\*** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in production operations and people leadership **\*\*Benefits:\*\*** * Basic Food Basket (R$ 130.00\); * Attendance Food Basket (R$ 170.00\); * Health Insurance; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR); * On-site breakfast; * Quarterly Attendance Food Basket (R$ 300.00\); * Childcare Assistance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Monthly Education Incentive of up to 70% for employees, effective after one year of employment, subject to internal procedures and approvals.
