Grow and develop with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Act as the technical reference in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting rational drug use, delivering qualified pharmaceutical care, and contributing to business results and excellence in customer service. **1\. Customer Assistance and Service** * Provide humanized service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on medication use, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Clarify questions from customers and staff through research and consultation of reliable sources. * Promote safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2\. Technical and Legal Management** * Serve as the technical representative of the establishment before regulatory bodies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensure documentary compliance: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Maintain the National System for Controlled Drugs (SNGPC) up to date, submit movement reports, and monitor irregularities. **3\.
