Position: Operations Supervisor Professional Responsibilities Manage regional SLA compliance, monitoring daily collection, transfer, and delivery processes; Track operational performance of DS (stations/centers), taking action on delayed, held, or undelivered packages; Guide suppliers and stations in exception handling, ensuring timely resolution and closure; Manage third-party regional suppliers (DCs and DSs), ensuring contractual compliance; Monitor supplier performance indicators, such as on-time delivery rate, forged signatures, returns, and service quality; Review and validate supplier billing data (volumes, costs, discounts, and KPI-based incentives); Supervise delivery planning, inventory management, package flow, and execution of operational processes at DS locations; Ensure correct POD (Proof of Delivery) execution, preventing losses, misplacements, operational errors, and forged signatures; Manage returns, intercepts, and reverse logistics operations; Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Finance, and Quality departments; Control operational costs (transportation, personnel, equipment); Job Qualifications Experience in logistics, courier, or last-mile operations; Experience managing suppliers, stations (DS), and cost control; Ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic, high-volume environments; Proficiency in Excel, operating systems, and monitoring and analytics tools; Strong communication, coordination, and execution focus.
