Job Summary: Ventós do Brasil is seeking an Operations Coordinator to supervise warehouse activities, lead teams, manage logistics processes, and ensure compliance and quality. Key Highlights: 1. The Ventós Group specializes in the distribution and production of Essential Oils and Aromatic Chemicals. As part of our expansion process, we will strengthen our team by incorporating an **Operations Coordinator**, who will report directly to the General Management in Brazil. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate overall warehouse activities; * Lead the team, ensuring its efficient and organized functionality. * Monitor team performance in receiving, shipping, and warehouse routines * Ensure compliance with sector-specific technical and regulatory requirements * Organize and coordinate logistics processes * Develop effective communication and processes with transportation and logistics suppliers * Control logistics operations and costs * Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure all equipment and infrastructure remain fully operational * Ensure training of Production Leaders and Operators for correct execution of tasks * Promote workplace safety culture to ensure safe conduct on-site and report incidents and metrics to the Corporate Health, Safety, and Environment department * Implement quality standards to ensure all units operate according to headquarters standards * Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements. * Coordinate all stages of the logistics and warehousing process, ensuring products are shipped and stored in accordance with quality standards and technical specifications; * Prepare and manage technical documentation for products * Participation in other projects assigned to this role **Profile** * Minimum 5 years of experience in the tasks described above, preferably in the flavors & fragrances or chemical sector * Familiarity with quality, safety, environmental regulations, and legal requirements for chemical product storage * Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and results orientation; * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Chemistry, Engineering, Production, or related fields * Proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is desirable. * Prior experience with ERP Navision is a plus. * Availability to work in Cotia/SP **Do you believe your professional profile fits and that this could be a good opportunity for you?
