Plan, organize, and supervise operational processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead, develop, and monitor team performance. Control resources (materials, personnel, and operational) to reduce costs and increase productivity. Strategically contribute to commercial and operational planning. Propose continuous improvements to processes and team utilization. Ensure achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards. Monitor performance indicators (production, sales, losses, etc.) and implement corrective actions. Previous experience as an Operations Coordinator, Production Manager, Operations Supervisor, or Logistics Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
