Job Summary: Operational Leader to manage the team, control vehicles, ensure safety, conduct training, and monitor logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance management and operational training **Position: Operational Leader** **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the yard operational team; * Delegate tasks and ensure proper execution of operational routines; * Control vehicle entry and exit at the yard; * Supervise and enforce appropriate use of PPE and compliance with safety practices; * Guide employees in cases of non-conformance with internal processes; * Report irregularities and incidents to the immediate supervisor; * Manage maintenance of yard machinery, equipment, and building structures; * Conduct operational training and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue); * Monitor operations to ensure delivery deadlines, quality, and safety. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields. **Experience:** * Prior experience in logistics operations (transportation, distribution, warehousing, inventory, etc.); * Experience managing operational teams; **Salary:** * Market-competitive. **Benefits:** * Dental care assistance; * Life insurance; * Commuter allowance; * On-site meals. **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; * **Saturday:** 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
