Propose and implement continuous process improvements **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, picking, shipping, and transportation); * Manage the operational and administrative teams within the logistics department; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing process improvements; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and service quality for internal and external customers; * Control operational costs and identify opportunities for resource optimization; * Propose and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes; * Other duties related to the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in a logistics coordination role; * Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and distribution routines; * Experience with management systems (WMS, ERP); * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Team management skills, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving ability.
