This professional will be responsible for leading teams, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring achievement of operational goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the operational team; * Monitor and ensure execution of logistics activities (receiving, warehousing, picking, and shipping); * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements; * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Address operational issues; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics operations and team management; * Knowledge of logistics processes; * Proactive, organized profile with leadership skills; * Availability to work the specified shift. **Job Information:** * **Position:** Logistics Operations Leader * **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off * **Working Hours:** 220 hours per month * **Contract Type:** Temporary (180 days), with potential for permanent hiring * **Start Date:** April 20 **Available Shifts:** * **Shift T4:** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM * **Shift T3:** 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 3\.221,00 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 31.00 per day If you have experience in logistics and are seeking a new challenge in operational leadership, apply now and join our team!
