Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Operations Leader to coordinate logistics routines, ensuring efficiency and quality in receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. Focus on productivity, quality and operational safety We are looking for an organized, proactive Logistics Operations Leader with strong leadership skills to coordinate daily operations within the logistics department. The professional will work closely with the logistics supervisor to ensure that product receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established quality standards. Responsibilities: Assign tasks to the logistics operations team. Monitor receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping processes. Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, and safety targets. Support inventory counts and stock reconciliations. Train and develop logistics department staff. Maintain warehouse organization and proper functioning. NOTE: Initial working hours are from 11:12 AM to 9:00 PM, subject to change later to 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. High school diploma required (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred). Prior experience leading logistics teams. Knowledge of storage, shipping, and inventory control processes. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Excel. Strong communication skills, leadership aptitude, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce operations. Experience with performance indicators (KPIs). Knowledge of transportation and billing routines.
