An environmental services company seeks a Logistics Operations Coordinator in Piracicaba. **Responsibilities:** Supervise mobile equipment operators (e.g., forklifts, loaders, trucks, etc.). Manage work schedules, attendance, and punctuality, as well as conduct onboarding for new employees. Ensure execution of production and logistics plans, adjusting loading and replenishment priorities. Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS), ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), monitor validity of Occupational Health Certificates (ASOs), and deliver corporate training. Execute checklists, complete operational reports, and monitor productivity and process deviations. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Logistics Operations Leader may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
