Job Summary: Manage logistics hubs, optimize inventory operations, implement inventory strategies, and lead teams for continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and development of logistics teams Main Responsibilities * Manage logistics hubs and inventory operations for ERs and stores where the company operates. * Conduct operational performance analysis, define targets and long-term objectives, and lead strategic projects. * Develop and implement inventory management policies and strategies to reduce costs and waste. * Promote continuous operational improvement by benchmarking against franchisees, industry, and market players. * Strategically plan the logistics network, including negotiations with carriers and management of delivery routes and timelines. * Manage logistics performance indicators such as logistics cost, TAT (Total Turnaround Time), OTD (On-Time Delivery), productivity, and inventory control efficiency. * Ensure adherence to the departmental budget, seeking operational synergies and process efficiency. * Lead and develop logistics teams, focusing on people management and enhancement of operational processes. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Pharmacy, Engineering, or Administration (postgraduate degree in related field preferred). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Prior experience in logistics operations management. * Experience in people management. Advantages * Experience in operations involving distribution centers, logistics hubs, and retail store networks. * Practical experience in logistics planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. * 7–10 years of experience in logistics operations. * 3–5 years of experience in people management.
