Job Summary: Coordinate Inbound and Outbound teams to ensure operational efficiency, manage KPIs and resources, and promote a safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and optimize Inbound and Outbound logistics teams. 2. Manage operational KPIs and OPEX/CAPEX resources. 3. Promote a culture of safety and efficiency in operations. Coordinate Inbound and Outbound teams, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in daily operations. Execute and monitor daily operational planning. Participate in the development, updating, and analysis of KPIs; manage OPEX and CAPEX resources. Promote and disseminate our values and workplace safety culture. * Coordinate Inbound and Outbound teams, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in daily operations. Execute and monitor daily operational planning. Participate in the development, updating, and analysis of KPIs; manage OPEX and CAPEX resources. Promote and disseminate our values and workplace safety culture. * Coordinate, with support from Supervisors, the entire receiving process: documentation, unloading, verification, identification, sorting, and storage; and the replenishment process: identification, sorting, and storage. * Coordinate, with support from Supervisors, the entire shipping process: sorting, consolidation, verification, identification, and loading. This includes packaging products securely for transportation and for store handling, without damaging the product during loading or transport. * Work to ensure efficient interaction with other departments (PCP, Reverse Logistics, Maintenance, Safety, etc.), guaranteeing effective and efficient operations. * Execute and monitor operational planning (distribution of daily tasks and activities), scheduling teams—supported by Inbound and Outbound Supervisors—for optimal productivity. * Ensure timely and accurate unloading, receipt, storage, and replenishment of goods. * Ensure timely and accurate sorting, consolidation, and loading for stores. * Guide team members by participating in daily performance indicator meetings, ensuring the highest degree of safety, service, and quality. * Establish open communication channels between yourself and your team.
