By joining our team, you can truly make a difference. ##### We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to join our team. The primary challenge will be supporting internal logistics operations, including receiving, replenishment, and general material handling. **This position is a contract role through an agency, initially for 09 months, with potential for permanent conversion.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform **internal material handling**, using carts, pallet jacks, or other appropriate equipment * Carry out **picking, verification, and packaging** of products according to orders and operational instructions * Ensure **proper packaging, labeling, coding, and volume identification** * Support **loading and unloading** of goods * Organize and maintain the **warehouse, picking areas, and shipping zone** * Verify **quantity, integrity, and compliance** of handled materials * Follow **safety, quality, and 5S procedures** * Record movements in spreadsheets or systems when required * Report discrepancies, damages, or irregularities to the immediate supervisor **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics is a plus. **BENEFITS:** * Medical Plan * Dental Plan * On-site Meal Allowance * Basic Food Basket * Parking * Transportation Allowance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Shift availability required. **Equal Opportunity Statement:** MCC fosters an inclusive culture that respects and values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our team members, enabling everyone to reach their full potential here.
