Job Summary: A professional to supervise and guide the team in logistics operations, ensuring organization, efficient flow of materials and information, and achievement of targets. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and supervision in logistics operations. 2. Management of organization and cleanliness in operational areas. 3. Monitoring of goals and KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the team in loading, unloading, order picking, and goods verification. Ensure organization and cleanliness of operational areas (cages, pallets, docks, aisles, and bays). Ensure proper flow of materials and information, prioritizing efficiency, safety, and quality. Monitor shift start and end times, verifying available resources and pending demands. Daily monitoring of products nearing or reaching expiry date, prioritizing their dispatch. Prevent losses, returns, and delays, ensuring cargo traceability. Update control reports and report deviations to the Supervisor or Operations Manager. Conduct periodic meetings with the operational team and drivers to align goals and KPIs. Monitor performance and proactively address operational deviations. Support the development and execution of action plans for continuous process improvement. Conduct internal investigations in cases of loss, damage, or product discrepancy. Prepare incident reports and propose corrective and preventive actions. Focus on loss reduction and accountability of involved parties, where applicable. Monitor delivery execution, tracking performance and punctuality. Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations. Develop the team through training, onboarding, and continuous feedback. Report daily delivery, productivity, and incident KPIs to management. **Requirements:** Prior experience in logistics operations or operational leadership. Knowledge of receiving, dispatch, and inventory control processes.
