Act as an agile rituals facilitator Description: Education: * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Technical Competencies: * Prior experience in Procurement, Center of Excellence (CoE), Customer Service Center (CSC), or continuous improvement areas. * Proven experience in Lean projects, automation, or process transformation. * Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, root cause analysis, and process mapping. Data analysis capability with advanced Excel; * Desirable Qualifications: * Knowledge of Power BI. * Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban). * Familiarity with SAP MM, Ariba, or other procurement platforms will be considered a strong advantage. * Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt). * Scrum Master or Product Owner certification. * Experience with automation (RPA, workflows, APIs) applied to Procurement. * Prior experience in consulting firms, centers of excellence, or digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead continuous improvement projects within the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing on operational efficiency, waste reduction, and process standardization. * Map, analyze, and redesign processes using Lean tools, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), PDCA, and structured problem-solving methodologies. * Act as a facilitator for agile rituals (planning, daily stand-up, review, retrospective), supporting squads and digital transformation initiatives in Procurement. * Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and management dashboards (Power BI / dashboards) to ensure visibility into CoE process performance. * Conduct structured data analyses to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and systemic improvements in SAP, Ariba, or satellite tools. * Develop and present executive documentation (A3, business case, reports, analyses) to support initiatives with leadership and governance teams. * Collaborate closely with Procurement, CSC, IT, and business units to ensure technical alignment and adherence to corporate standards. * Support the implementation of new procurement policies, workflows, and internal controls. * Promote a continuous improvement culture within the area through training, workshops, and dissemination of best practices. 2512120202501915974
