Partner management and coordination of international flow Description: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields; postgraduate studies or extension courses in International Business, Logistics, or Taxation are preferred. 2–5 years of experience in importation, international logistics, or trading company management. Knowledge of customs legislation, special customs regimes, import taxes, Incoterms, foreign exchange, and international contracts. Strong negotiation skills, cost/margin analysis, and supplier relationship management. Hands-on, communicative, organized profile with a sense of urgency and strategic vision. Proficiency in spreadsheets, KPIs, and logistical control tools. Intermediate English (mandatory); Spanish is desirable. * Selection and hiring of partners, performance monitoring, negotiation of fees and deadlines, SLA management, and deliverables evaluation. * Coordination of the entire international flow, including external orders, shipments, customs clearance, and logistics up to final delivery. * Liaison with tax and accounting departments for analysis and optimization of import-related tax costs (II, IPI, PIS/COFINS-import, ICMS, AFRMM, among others). * Total Cost of Importation (TCO) analysis, freight and insurance negotiations, contractual terms, and logistical conditions with suppliers and global partners. * Ensuring adherence to foreign trade legislation, regulatory standards, and internal integrity and compliance policies. * Monitoring of import timelines, logistics costs, lead time, document accuracy, partner performance, and overall process efficiency. 2511160202461873305
