Must possess technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. Key Competencies: \- Financial and budgetary planning \- Cost and cash flow control \- Analysis of financial statements \- Performance indicator management (financial KPIs) \- Leadership and team management \- Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation \- Proficiency in ERPs and financial tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.) \- Analytical, ethical, organized profile with strategic vision Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
