Monitor service-level indicators and develop solutions for relationship management processes and procedures. Centralize commercial, logistics, production, and distribution information, analyzing key performance indicators (OTIF, Fill Rate, Case Fill, Days On Hand, and Out Of Stock) to identify process improvements, manage risks, and analyze actions. Collaborate with the commercial team to define the optimal customer service model (field sales or direct sales) to enhance distribution process efficiency. Conduct stock-out studies and analysis cycles at distribution centers and on retail shelves. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed Bachelor's degree: + Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, or related fields. **Requirements** -------------- Solid experience in customer service, logistics, customer support, supply chain, and/or integrated planning.
