**Purchasing Coordinator** Coordinates purchasing operations, ensuring execution of negotiations and service delivery to internal client areas. Provides technical leadership to the team, distributes priorities, monitors performance indicators, and drives process, governance, and efficiency improvements. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Coordinate the technical daily activities of the purchasing team. Distribute demands, priorities, and workload among team members. Ensure execution of negotiations and formalization of commercial agreements. Guarantee appropriate service-level support to internal stakeholders. Monitor performance, savings, productivity, and compliance indicators. Address critical issues with suppliers, internal client areas, and BPOs. Promote continuous improvement, process standardization, and governance strengthening. Support the team’s technical development by providing guidance and follow-up. Ensure proper application of procurement policies, ethics, sustainability, and controls. Support leadership in developing category plans and prioritizing initiatives. Participate in structural projects and area transformation initiatives. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** Education: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. Preferred experience: Experience in procurement, supply, sourcing, supply chain, or supplier management. Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel; SAP/ERP; strategic sourcing; financial management; contract management; advanced negotiation; team leadership; KPIs and governance.
