CIVIL ENGINEER – ITATIBA (SP)** **Responsibilities** Full construction project management (planning, execution, and control) Coordination of in-house and subcontracted teams Monitoring of physical\-financial schedules Quality and productivity control Support in material requisitions and delivery logistics Interface with suppliers and designers Ensuring adherence to project deadlines and targets **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience in vertical residential construction projects Strong team management capability Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile **2\. CIVIL ENGINEER – SÃO PAULO (SP)** **Responsibilities** Technical and executive construction management on small-area plots Overall construction and team coordination Planning and schedule control Technical interface with design teams and engineering solutions Support in procurement and materials planning Ensuring execution in accordance with design, deadlines, and quality **Requirements (MANDATORY)** Proven experience in construction on small plots (dense urban construction) **Experience in:** Contiguous pile retaining walls Shallow foundation systems (isolated footings) Strong technical profile \+ field leadership Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities \_ **Duello Differentiator**\_ Projects with high technical standards Autonomous yet responsible work environment Delivery-oriented culture: “We deliver.
