Conduct field visits for audits and opportunity identification. **Visual Merchandising Coordinator** --------------------------------------- ### **Job Mission** Coordinate and ensure the execution of Visual Merchandising strategies, guaranteeing proper product presentation at point of sale, reinforcing brand identity, driving sales, and delivering a positive customer experience. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of Visual Merchandising strategies across points of sale. * Ensure standardization of VM guidelines in alignment with brand visual identity and current campaigns. * Lead, guide, and develop the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring alignment, engagement, and performance. * Deliver technical and operational training on VM, planograms, and product presentation. * Monitor performance indicators (sell\-out, execution, stockouts, shelf share, VM compliance). * Collaborate with departments such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure synergy in initiatives. * Plan and monitor implementation schedules for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities. * Conduct field visits for audits, execution follow-up, and identification of improvement opportunities. * Prepare management reports with performance analyses and optimization proposals. * Manage VM suppliers, materials, and departmental budget, where applicable. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed (Marketing, Communications, Design, Fashion, Business Administration, or related fields). * Prior experience in Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or related areas. * Experience leading teams and managing VM projects. * Knowledge of planograms, store layout, product presentation, and consumer behavior. * Proficiency in KPIs, reporting, and performance analysis. * Willingness to travel and work in the field, as required. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and ability to engage teams. * Strategic vision with strong execution focus. * Organization, planning, and priority management. * Clear communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and results orientation. * Creativity combined with data analysis. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in retail, trade marketing, or merchandising agencies. * Familiarity with field audit tools and BI platforms. * Experience managing major accounts or national retail chains.
