Identification** * Position: Sales Leader * Department: Commercial / Store * Reports To: Store Manager / Owner * Direct Reports: Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives **2\. Job Mission** Coordinate the sales team to achieve established targets, ensure excellence in customer service, and strengthen the brand by delivering a differentiated purchasing experience for fashion\-jewelry. **3\. Key Responsibilities** * Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team. * Monitor performance indicators (targets, revenue, average transaction value). * Organize work schedules and task assignments. * Conduct sales technique and product knowledge training for the team. * Ensure consistent service standards and team conduct. * Support customer service during negotiations and sales closing. * Manage in-store fashion\-jewelry inventory (receipts, shipments, restocking). * Assist in window display and product presentation. * Prepare sales reports and present results to management. * Promote promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. **4\. Requirements** * **Education**: Completed high school (bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred). * **Experience**: Retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or fashion\-jewelry. * **Knowledge**: Sales techniques, negotiation, customer service, and team management. * **Skills**: Clear communication, leadership, organization, results orientation, team motivation. **5\.
