We are a company within the Ferrarin Group, specializing in the distribution of Kuhn brand agricultural machinery and implements across various cities in Rio Grande do Sul (RS), and we are seeking a Unit Manager in São Borja.
The candidate must reside in São Borja/RS.
Job Responsibilities:
* Be accountable for sales results of Machinery, Implements, Parts, and Services at the unit;
* Manage the commercial team (machinery, implements, parts, and services) regarding hiring, training, and supervision to ensure full implementation of the company's commercial operating model;
* Analyze sales target reports, visit reports, and weekly sales planning, providing guidance to sales representatives on performance improvements;
* Know, visit, and propose actions related to strategic customers;
* Accompany sales representatives during customer visits to evaluate commercial execution, provide feedback, and advise on performance improvements;
* Achieve agreed-upon targets and KPIs with the company, proposing action plans to meet them;
* Act as company representative in judicial proceedings when requested by headquarters;
* Propose credit limits jointly with headquarters, in accordance with company policies, advocating for requested credit;
* Manage bank financing in coordination with financial institutions;
* Plan and execute machinery demonstrations for customers through the commercial team;
* Know the customer portfolio, maintain strong customer relationships, and implement initiatives fostering long-term engagement;
* Maintain strong relationships with machinery and implement suppliers;
* Provide in-store customer service;
* Represent the company in local society by participating in community events;
* Attend regional fairs to engage with the community, build relationship and sales ties;
* Participate in major fairs such as Expodireto and Expointer;
* Be responsible for company assets, including company vehicles, etc.;
* Understand local competitors (strengths, weaknesses, specific initiatives) and propose actions to increase market share;
* Report market share and lost sales indicators to the General Business Manager;
* Communicate updated machinery and implement price lists to sales representatives, ensuring compliance;
* Propose marketing initiatives and implement those defined by the marketing department;
* Manage budgets for fairs, community events, and team celebrations jointly with the marketing department;
* Develop targeted sales and promotional activities with the sales team to improve results;
* Adhere to the managerial schedule;
* Master and propose improvements to commercial processes;
* Be accountable for all matters within the scope of responsibility, including processes, policies, procedures, authority levels, responsibilities, and responsible parties.
Required Qualifications:
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Agribusiness, or related fields;
* Experience in Sales Management;
* Knowledge of Tax Legislation, Cost Management, Inventory Management, and Budgetary Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
* Experience in agribusiness management.
