Analyze results and identify strategic improvement opportunities We are seeking a **Technical Supervisor** for the **Central-West region** to lead the technical operations in this region, directly managing the technical promoter team and ensuring correct product presentation and application at points of sale. This professional will be responsible for coordinating technical activities in the field, monitoring results, analyzing KPIs, and ensuring standardized execution of activities, thereby contributing to brand strengthening and product performance in the market. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise, develop, and monitor the performance of technical promoters nationwide; * Ensure proper execution of technical product demonstrations at points of sale; * Define, monitor, and ensure achievement of targets, KPIs, and performance standards; * Analyze technical and operational reports, consolidating information for decision-making; * Monitor regional results, identifying improvement opportunities and strategic adjustments; * Promote engagement, alignment, and continuous development of the technical team; * Ensure standardization of processes and technical communication in the field; * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and other internal departments. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in managing technical or field teams; * Experience managing targets, performance indicators, and reporting; * Analytical, organized profile with strong planning skills; * Leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to operate across nationally distributed locations; * Willingness to travel frequently throughout the country.
