Development of relationships with managers and supervisors * Management of the promoter team; * Identification of opportunities and acquisition of additional points and bonuses. * Support in setups and additional points. * Ensuring FIFO compliance in stores and adjustments to virtual inventory. * Photo book (best executions of the month). * Conducting monthly meetings with the promoter team. * Report analysis. * Field presence management for the promoter team. * Building and maintaining relationships with managers and supervisors. * Weekly work planning to identify opportunities and maintain execution quality. * Participation in promoter selection and assignment. * Completion of surveys via Involves Stage, including photos.
