




Job Summary: Act as a technical leader and solutions expert, supporting sales activities, conducting assessments, developing scopes, delivering presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement Description: Essential Qualifications * Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Cloud architecture, security, and governance, as well as solutions involving disciplines such as: Platform Engineering (DevOps), Cloud Operations (SRE, Observability, Backup and DR), Cloud Governance (Guardrails and Guidelines), Cloud Economics (CFM and FinOps), Automation and Orchestration (IaC and PaC). Desirable Qualifications: * Public Cloud certifications (AWS, OCI, Azure, and GCP); * Experience with the following solutions/processes will be considered advantageous: Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Veeam, Veracode, SDLC. Language: * Good English communication skills. Academic Background: * Bachelor’s or technologist degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or equivalent. Key Daily Activities and Challenges * Serve as the technical leader and solutions specialist for customers during the pre-sales evaluation cycle to ensure sales success; * Conduct environment assessments and process mapping when required; * Directly support the sales team in prospecting, scoping, and pricing consulting services or Agility portfolio solutions; * Deliver presentations and proof-of-value sessions, both onsite with customers and via web conferencing, jointly with the Account Manager (AM); * Identify risks in opportunities and propose alternatives; * Occasionally deliver training to customers; * Provide technical expertise and experience in designing solutions, projects, and proof-of-value engagements; * Transfer and exchange knowledge with post-sales teams to ensure aligned execution of services and solutions; * Pursue high levels of customer satisfaction, providing internal feedback to enable process, marketing, and support improvements; * Study and certify in accordance with company directives. 2511130202461437133
