Respond to and nurture inbound leads. Receive leads immediately, especially outside standard administrative working hours. Make daily contacts via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail. Update and organize the CRM. Perform follow\-ups and guide leads to the purchase decision. Prepare reports and align with marketing and sales departments.
