Project Planning and Structuring Translate and lead the partner-operator’s ideas and directives into structured action plans (timelines, responsible parties, KPIs, risks). Create and maintain task controls, spreadsheets, and tracking reports. Ensure deadline compliance and proactively follow up with suppliers, team members, and partners. Define and monitor checkpoints and critical milestones for each project. Conduct post-project analyses to capture learnings and enable continuous improvement. **Administrative and Financial Management** **of the Project** Control project budgets and operational expenses of the unit. Support procurement, payment tracking, contract management, and invoice processing. Maintain organized records and archives of corporate and administrative documents. Monitor budget variances and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with Grupo Onda’s administrative processes. **Performance and Indicator Tracking** Prepare executive reports with performance indicators (financial, operational, and strategic). Conduct weekly goal follow-ups and present status updates to the partner-operator and board. Ensure each project has clear indicators and result analysis. Identify risks and improvement opportunities across projects. Contribute to financial and operational predictability of projects. Prepare presentations and reports for the board and stakeholders. **Project Governance and Control** Act as guardian of the partner-operator’s autonomy limits, ensuring decisions align with the scope approved by partners.
