This person will be responsible for ensuring new products align with market needs, brand standards, and innovation principles, directly contributing to Sandbox’s growth and impact. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution of new products. * Manage and prioritize the product development portfolio according to the company’s strategic objectives. * Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle: from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. * Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. * Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify innovation opportunities. * Lead user research and gather insights to inform development decisions. * Define product requirements and specifications in partnership with stakeholders. * Supervise testing, sampling, and validation processes to ensure quality and audience alignment. * Monitor and analyze performance metrics of new products to drive improvements and future versions. * Ensure all products comply with quality standards, regulations, and brand identity. * Lead, develop, and support team members through regular feedback, training, and performance monitoring. **Experience & Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Master’s degree or MBA is considered a plus. * Experience in product development or project coordination. * Experience managing cross-functional teams. * Experience with digital platforms (e.g., mobile app development lifecycle). * Basic knowledge of physical product design, manufacturing, and supply chain. * Data analysis and reporting (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools). * Advanced English proficiency. * Certifications in Design Thinking or Product Management (desirable). * PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (desirable). **What We Offer** At Sandbox, we believe professional growth goes hand in hand with well-being.
