Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and implementing product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance. Development of product strategies aligned with company objectives **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Develop and implement the product strategy, aligning it with company objectives. * Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond. * Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends that may impact the product. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure effective execution of the product strategy. * Define and monitor product performance metrics, analyze results, and propose improvements. * Lead regular meetings with stakeholders to present updates on product progress. * Identify and manage risks associated with new product development and launch. * Foster an innovation-driven environment, encouraging the team to propose new ideas and solutions. * Train and develop the product team, promoting professional growth and collaboration. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Design, or related fields. * Experience in product and cross-functional team management. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency in market analysis and product strategy definition. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in related areas. * Prior experience in startups or technology companies. * Knowledge of UX/UI and user experience. * English fluency or proficiency in other languages. **Benefits:** Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
