Monitor market and competition for price optimization Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA preferred (Commercial Management, Finance, Marketing, Analytics); * Solid experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Market Intelligence, and/or Finance; * Knowledge of pricing strategy development, demand elasticity, margin and profitability analysis, product portfolio management, commercial policies and discounts, and dynamic pricing rules; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency, and expertise in market analysis tools such as Nielsen, Mtrix, Scanntech, etc.; * On-site work format (West Zone - SP); * Willingness to travel is required. * Responsible for managing the customer portfolio and maximizing business profitability through defining, implementing, and maintaining the company's pricing strategies and policies. * Develop and manage institutional norms, policies, and rules related to pricing, ensuring alignment between commercial practices and organizational strategic objectives. * Define guidelines for concessions, discounts, and commercial terms, and propose tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty; * Continuously monitor market and competition, identifying price variations, trends, and opportunities for adjustments in commercial strategies; * Manage the creation and updating of product and service price lists, considering commercial, fiscal, tax aspects, and financial impact across the business value chain; * Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments to ensure strategic and sustainable decision-making, and perform other duties inherent to and associated with the role; * Report strategic pricing-related information directly to senior management, ensuring data integrity and coherence in corporate decision-making processes; * Manage the customer portfolio to maximize profitability and ensure balance between competitiveness and profit margin; * Oversee people, technological processes, and material resources, directing them efficiently toward achieving organizational goals; * Propose, implement, and maintain institutional policies, standards, and guidelines applicable to pricing practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate strategy; * Define pricing, concession, and discount strategies, and develop tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty; * Continuously monitor market and competition, identifying price variations, trends, and adjustment opportunities for specific customers and segments; * Supervise the performance of the Pricing team and support training for the commercial team, ensuring alignment with departmental procedures and processes; * Manage the creation and updating of product and service price lists, considering commercial, fiscal, and tax aspects, as well as the impact of these variables on the value chain; * Collaborate with Marketing and Sales in defining and evaluating promotional activities, ensuring consistency with institutional strategies and profitability targets; * Define analytical standards, methods, and parameters for conducting pricing-related studies and diagnostics; * Contribute to market scenario forecasting, adjusting pricing policy according to cost fluctuations, demand shifts, and competitive positioning; * Periodically present managerial reports and performance analyses, consolidating data on prices, costs, and margins applied, to support strategic decision-making; * Establish and maintain target margins for products and services in accordance with corporate guidelines, ensuring portfolio sustainability and profitability; * Actively participate in new product and service development projects, contributing pricing analyses that ensure economic viability and alignment with the company's market strategy. 2511130202461866218
