Learn more about OTG at: https://grupootg.com/ and @grupootg on Instagram. **Responsibilities:** * Define the company's **marketing and branding strategy**, aligned with partners' and C-level executives' objectives. * Lead decisions regarding high-impact campaigns, brand positioning, and strategic communication. * Represent marketing in strategic meetings and result presentations to the executive board. * Identify innovative opportunities in digital and offline marketing. * Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and opportunities within the sports industry. * Strategically manage the marketing team, delegating operational tasks to managers. * Demonstrate genuine interest in football and apply sports insights into marketing strategies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably in digital or sports media. * Proven experience in strategic decision-making and engagement with C-level executives. * Advanced English proficiency. * Interest in football and the sports industry. **Benefits:** * Birthday Day Off * Birthday bonus (5% of salary via Pix) * Telemedicine and pharmacy discounts (Estarbem) * Gym discounts (Wellhub) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in large-scale companies or fast-growing startups. * Track record in strategic decision-making and engagement with C-level executives and partners. * Participation in business expansion or international market projects. * Preferred residence in Rio de Janeiro, as this position requires on-site work in RJ, with possible travel.
