Responsibilities include managing the customer experience, closely monitoring sales metrics, and providing in-restaurant post-sale support to ensure everyone's satisfaction, along with other duties. Additionally, the Host assists managers with NPS surveys (Link and Forms), ensuring feedback is collected and used to improve services.
