Job Description: A Burger King Host plays a fundamental role in creating an exceptional customer experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing the customer experience, closely monitoring sales metrics, and providing in-salon after-sales service to ensure satisfaction for all, along with other duties. Additionally, the Host assists managers with NPS surveys (Link and Forms), ensuring feedback is collected and used to improve services.
