Responsibilities and Duties Your main responsibilities:* Coordinate the execution of Growth projects and campaigns across CRM, paid media, and product channels; * Ensure strategic alignment among marketing, product, and technology teams; * Monitor area KPIs, propose and implement action plans to achieve targets; * Develop and train the team, encouraging continuous learning and application of best practices; * Actively participate in defining goals and priorities alongside management and executive leadership; * Ensure quality and consistency of internal processes within the area Requirements and Qualifications What we expect from you:* Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in people management and project coordination; * Knowledge of sales funnels, Growth metrics, and multichannel strategies. * Experience in startups or companies experiencing rapid growth; * Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics platforms; * Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies; * Ability to manage complex projects and innovate in customer acquisition and retention strategies. * Preferred qualifications: experience managing paid media through agencies and knowledge of CleverTap 2511130202461786469
