We’re looking for someone with **strong analytical vision, strategic thinking, and deep business understanding**, to lead Ollie’s **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** function. This role will be responsible for transforming data into decisions, acting as a partner to executive leadership and business units to ensure **profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth**. **Responsibilities:** • Lead the annual financial planning process, forecasting, and budget monitoring, ensuring accuracy and long-term visibility. • Conduct performance, profitability, margin, and P&L analyses, identifying risks and opportunities. • Develop and refine financial models and scenario simulations to support strategic decisions. • Create and maintain management reports, dashboards, and financial KPIs, ensuring relevant and timely information for executive leadership. • Support business units (Sales, Marketing, Supply, etc.) in analyzing results and defining goals and investments. **What we look for in you:** • An analytical leader capable of translating numbers into strategies and narratives that drive brand growth. • Someone with critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and an owner’s mindset—who can connect financial results to the company’s future vision. **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. • Proven experience in FP&A. • Fluent English. • Advanced analytical capability, business acumen, and executive communication skills. • Experience in financial services or startups is a strong advantage. **Why Ollie?** Ollie was born to transform how people relate to the sun.
