Requirements * Minimum 4 years’ experience organizing and coordinating corporate events. * Proven experience managing logistics, suppliers, and production. * Comprehensive knowledge of corporate event infrastructure and ecosystem. * Proficiency in project organization and tracking tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Familiarity with in-person and online event platforms (Zoom Events, Hopin, etc.). * Willingness to travel and work across different locations as required. Main Responsibilities * Plan and coordinate all event stages—from briefing, concept development, scheduling, scope definition, materials, logistics, to execution. * Organize internal, external, sponsored, in-person, hybrid, and online events. * Conduct needs assessments, budget definition, and financial control for events. * Negotiate, contract, and manage suppliers. * Manage risks, prevent unforeseen issues, and ensure contingency plans. * Develop and monitor detailed schedules, checklists, and deliverables lists. * Coordinate internal and external teams during event execution. * Ensure brand standardization and alignment with institutional communication guidelines. * Conduct technical site visits, inspections, and venue validation. * Lead overall logistics—including setup, teardown, registration, and participant flow. * Produce post-event reports, KPIs, and performance analyses (ROI, engagement, costs, audience). * Design and implement processes for continuous improvement in the events function. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Branding, and Communications teams. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contracts, and required permits. Education Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
