Job Summary:
Professional responsible for implementing and monitoring the Cultura Inglesa Bilingual Program, ensuring pedagogical quality and partnership retention, while also conducting teacher training and supporting school management.

Description:
* Higher education degree completed; preference for degrees in Languages, Pedagogy, or Education;
* Fluent English (international language proficiency certification per CEFR: C1/C2 and/or international English teaching methodology certification such as CELTA/ICELT) is a plus;
* Prior proven teaching experience in English language instruction and/or teacher training in English is required. Experience in English-language coordination within regular schools is a plus;
* Specialization courses in administration and/or education are a plus;
* Flexibility, commitment to deadlines, proactivity, strong interpersonal skills, and people management ability.
* Valid driver's license and availability for travel/mobility between schools, primarily within the state of São Paulo, with occasional assignments in other locations.
* Implement and monitor the Cultura Inglesa Bilingual Program at partner schools, ensuring pedagogical quality, student experience, and partnership retention.
* Serve as the communication link among Cultura Inglesa, schools, teachers, students, and families throughout all program stages.
* Plan, execute, and document educational activities during implementation and execution phases.
* Conduct teacher training sessions, classroom observations, and feedback, ensuring high-quality pedagogical practice.
* Hold periodic meetings with school leadership, teachers, and families for monitoring and feedback.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and propose educational solutions that strengthen the teaching\-learning process.
* Support marketing, communication, and event initiatives aimed at engaging the school community.
* Provide administrative, financial, and contractual support related to the Bilingual Program.
* Collaborate with internal Cultura Inglesa departments and the commercial team, contributing a pedagogical perspective to new partnerships.
* Availability for travel to serve schools in other regions when necessary.
