Ensure customer retention and new opportunities **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Customer Service Assistant** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide frontline customer service (in-person, by phone, WhatsApp, or digital channels); Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable product or service; Follow up on received leads, ensuring prompt response and progression through the sales funnel; Perform after-sales activities to ensure customer retention and open doors to new opportunities; Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns targeted at end consumers; Report performance against targets and customer feedback to the commercial coordination team; Ensure timely submission of duly completed contracts to the responsible department for formalization and billing. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. Minimum of 6 months’ experience in direct sales, customer service, or similar roles. ERP system proficiency and knowledge of commercial performance indicators are desirable.
