At Tendencies RH, we operate as an on-demand strategic HR partner, assisting companies that need to structure people processes, hire with precision, and develop teams—without maintaining a full internal department. **Responsibilities:** Lead, develop, and supervise the sales team. Structure routines, processes, and commercial management rituals. Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure commercial discipline and efficient management of the sales funnel. Act as CRM custodian, promoting its correct usage by the team. Develop strategies to improve sales conversion and reduce the sales cycle. Support senior leadership in defining campaigns, commercial actions, and strategies for project commercialization. Continuously analyze commercial results, proposing improvements and new action plans. Collaborate closely with marketing to qualify leads and optimize commercial investments. Develop leaders and teams through training, feedback, and close supervision. Support strategic negotiations and high-complexity consultative sales when required. Strengthen relationships with partner real estate agencies and external brokers. Previous experience as Sales Director, Sales Coordinator, Marketing Manager, or Sales Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
