We are seeking a Commercial Manager to work onsite in Limeira, leading the fashion jewelry sales operations of a growing company with a strong focus on relationships and expansion. Your role will be to connect strategy, team, and customers to ensure performance and retention. * Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team. * Recruit and onboard new commercial talent. * Define individual and collective targets and structure commission plans. * Develop and execute strategic and sales plans. * Monitor reports, KPIs, and market trends. * Manage key negotiations and customer retention. * Align actions with Marketing and Executive Management to ensure execution. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in commercial management (supervision/coordination or management); * Knowledge of fashion jewelry and market trends in fashion/accessories is a plus; * Experience leading in-person sales teams. * Ability to analyze sales data, metrics, and the sales funnel. * Proficiency in commercial/management systems and invoice issuance. * Experience in sales strategic and budgetary planning. * Advanced negotiation skills, assertive communication, and emotional intelligence. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in the Limeira region or surrounding areas within the fashion jewelry industry. * Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. * Experience collaborating with Marketing and Executive Management. * Experience defining commission policies and incentive campaigns.
