As a specialist developer, you will be responsible for evolving the platform by applying best practices, scalability, and maintainability, while also acting as a catalyst for the product’s technical maturity. The platform operates on a distributed microservices architecture (serverless), modular micro\-frontend, and integrates with ERP systems. **Development and Architecture** Develop end\-to\-end features while maintaining architectural cohesion among frontend (micro\-frontend), specialized backends, and the data layer; Implement complex return workflows respecting state machines, business rules, and domain validations; Analyze, document, and refactor code to improve readability, testability, and scalability; Participate in architectural decisions, design reviews, and technical refinements; Translate functional specifications into technical documentation and implementation proposals (SDD\-ready); **Domain Knowledge and Support** Understand and operationalize return-related business rules; Ensure quality, traceability, and auditability of critical data in MongoDB; Support maintenance of the existing codebase, identifying technical debt and opportunities for evolution; Collaborate with peers and less experienced teams to accelerate learning of workflows, patterns, and best practices; **Collaboration and Communication** Participate in refinement, planning, and review sessions with a focus on clarifying requirements prior to implementation; Validate ideas and proposals with stakeholders (Product, Operations, Integrations); Identify and communicate blockers, risks, and dependencies; Contribute to technical discussions aimed at elevating the product’s maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Experience with Product and Domain** Proven experience with SDD (Software Design Document) \- ability to translate requirements into rigorous technical specifications; Experience with highly complex digital products \- hands-on involvement across all phases (MVP, growth, maintenance, evolution); Solid knowledge of business domains \- ability to capture, map, and operationalize complex rules. **Software Architecture** Microservices and Serverless \- AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, S3; understanding of asynchronous patterns and scalability; Event-Driven Architecture \- design and troubleshooting of event-oriented pipelines (RabbitMQ, SQS); Micro\-frontend \- Module Federation, single\-spa, lazy loading, shell architecture; Clean Architecture Principles \- SOLID, Design Patterns, separation of concerns. **Backend (Node.js / NestJS)** Strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS \- modules, controllers, services, dependency injection, middleware; RESTful APIs \- contract design, versioning, pagination, error handling; Non-relational databases \- MongoDB-specific: queries, aggregation pipelines, indexes, schema design; **Frontend (React / TypeScript)** Fluent in React and TypeScript \- hooks, state management, side effects, suspense, error boundaries; Automated testing \- Jest, React Testing Library, meaningful coverage; Webpack, build tools \- understanding of bundles, lazy loading, optimizations. **Data and Observability** MongoDB schema analysis and design \- modeling for query patterns, strategic denormalization; Aggregation pipelines \- complex transformations, performance tuning; Logging, tracing, and metrics \- understanding of end\-to\-end observability; **Software Engineering** Testing and quality \- TDD/BDD where appropriate, safe refactoring, efficient debugging; Harness Engineering \- integration between agents and resources, databases, documents, webhooks, disk; Experience with advanced observability \- Prometheus, Grafana, distributed tracing (Jaeger, DataDog); **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We’ve already mentioned that the Boticário Group is the **best** and **largest** beauty ecosystem, right?
