If you enjoy working with legislation, numbers, deadlines, and cross-departmental integration, this opportunity is for you! **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Issuing invoices and managing routines for materials used by payers; * Monitoring and responding to post-use quotations on portals: Monitor quotation portals (Inpart, Opmenexo, Unimed, EMS, Ariba, among others) to track requests and respond promptly, ensuring agility and accuracy in the process; * Generating Quotation Follow-up Reports: Produce detailed reports on quotation progress, including information on deadlines, negotiation status, and achieved results, providing insights for strategic decision-making; * Supporting the Sales Team in Negotiations: Collaborate closely with the sales team by providing relevant information and support during negotiations with clients and suppliers, aiming to secure favorable conditions and successful business closures; * Registering New Partners: Register new partners and suppliers in the system, ensuring all required information is up-to-date and accurate to facilitate future communication and transactions; * Supporting the Scheduling Department: Assist the scheduling department in organizing and coordinating activities related to the delivery and use of OPME materials according to established demands and schedules. **REQUIREMENTS** * Proven experience in OPME material quotations or related fields; * Solid knowledge of quotation tools and portals, such as Inpart, Opmenexo, Unimed, EMS, Ariba, etc.; * Analytical ability and attention to detail to generate accurate reports and identify optimization opportunities; * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team; * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR** * Organization; * Proactivity; * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **LEARNING ABOUT VITÓRIA HOSPITALAR’S CULTURE** **Vitória Hospitalar has a conservative culture grounded in ethics, excellence, innovation, and customer focus.
