Focus on customer experience and service The pharmacy is seeking a Store Leader in Propriá (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Lead, engage, and develop the team. Plan schedules, goals, meetings, and training sessions. Monitor key performance indicators (revenue, average transaction value, CRM, conversion rate, losses). Ensure service standards and customer experience. Manage cash register opening/closing procedures and reconciliations. Control inventory, expiration dates, pricing, and stocktaking. Execute in-store marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Manager, Sales Coordinator, or Department Head may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
