We are seeking a Controller Analyst responsible for supporting the company's financial and commercial management, preparing reconciliations and managerial reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze results, revenues, and expenses * Support the development and monitoring of the annual budget * Calculate and record commercial funds (VPC). * Perform sales and expense reconciliations for sales platforms (marketplaces). * Calculate sales commissions. * Ensure compliance with the company's commercial and financial policies. * Participate in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures. * Provide support for internal and external audits. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in controller functions, finance, or commercial areas. * Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial management systems. * Skills in accounting reconciliation, commission calculation, and sales control. * Critical analytical ability and capacity to prepare managerial reports. * Knowledge of accounting and financial standards, as well as best practices in internal control. **What We Offer:** * Life Insurance; * Flexible Benefits Card; * Health Insurance; * On-site Breakfast; * Dental Plan via voluntary enrollment, per employee choice; * SESC Agreement; * Discount on company products; * Pharmacy Agreement; * Total Pass Thinking about your career?
